  3. Send the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via Cash on Delivery (bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa) depending on your preference.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

    In case of exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 business days after approval.

    We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
